Project overview
This INR 580.0 bn (~USD 7.0 bn) contract supplies new rolling stock for the Indian Railways Vande Bharat Trainset Programme programme in India. The fleet operates on national ATC signalling and 1676 mm Iberian broad gauge. Indian Railways and Ministry of Railways are delivering the project, with Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Chennai, Medha Servo Drives and BHEL as main contractors.
