Project overview
This 76 km metro line has been approved in India. It comprises 27 stations. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, CBTC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Hyderabad Airport Metro Limited (HAML) and Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited are delivering the project. It opened in 2017, with an investment of INR 248.7 bn (~USD 3.0 bn).
