    Project overview

    This 63.1 km conventional rail line is under construction in India. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, national ATC signalling and 1676 mm Iberian broad gauge. RVNL (Rail Vikas Nigam Limited) for Northern Railway is delivering the project, with RVNL, HCC and Patel Engineering as main contractors. Under construction since 2008, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of INR 67.5 bn (~USD 810 m).
