Project overview
This 65 km metro line is under construction in India. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, CBTC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is delivering the project, with L&T, Afcons and ITD Cementation as main contractors. Under construction since 2019, the line is scheduled to open in 2026, with an investment of INR 247.5 bn (~USD 3.0 bn).
