Scope
Defines the EMC compatibility requirements and assessment procedure verifying that a rail vehicle does not desensitise or falsely trigger track-circuit- or axle-counter-based train-detection systems - the vehicle-side complement to infrastructure EMC requirements. This entry anchors on Part 1 (General), which sets the overall compatibility-assessment framework; companion parts address compliance with specific track-circuit and axle-counter types.
