This 22.7 km, 23-station metro line is under construction in Taiwan, delivered by Kaohsiung City Government MRT Bureau. Construction started 2023; costs have risen 62.8% (from TWD144bn to TWD234.8bn) due to material price increases, and the schedule has slipped: initial sections (Y1-Y18) are now expected to open around 2032, with full completion around 2034.
