Project overview

Electrification of approximately 100km of the Oeste Line from Meleças to Caldas da Rainha. ~€100M investment. The project will enable EMU services to replace diesel traction on the line serving the western Portuguese coast, improving frequencies, reducing emissions, and integrating with the Lisbon suburban network.
