Rome Metro C Extension T1 (Clodio–Farnesina)

Project overview

Linking the Clodio/Mazzini district to Farnesina, this €776 million extension adds two new stations to the northern quadrant of Rome. The project is being developed by the Metro C Consortium using a unified mechanical excavation strategy integrated with the T2 section. Once complete, this link will finalize the 29 km automated line, providing high-frequency transit for the capital's northwestern residents.
