    Paris Metro Line 4 South Extension (Bagneux)

    Project overview

    Extending the network by 1.8 km to Bagneux, this project also finalized the full automation of Paris's second busiest metro line. RATP and Île-de-France Mobilités implemented Siemens GoA 4 driverless technology to decrease train intervals to 85 seconds. The modernized line handles 700,000 daily passengers and reached full automated operation in late 2023.
