    Project overview

Reopening a regional rail axis closed since 2016, this project rehabilitates 75 km of track between Nancy and Contrexéville via Mirecourt. The Nova 14 consortium is investing €150 million in works under France's first integrated rail concession awarded to a private operator. Works launched December 17, 2025 and are due to run until December 2027; once open, the line will provide around 30 daily round trips serving 12 stations to revitalize rural territories in the Grand Est region.
