Scope

Regulatory portal of the Établissement Public de Sécurité Ferroviaire (EPSF), France's national rail safety authority, presenting the decrees, orders (arrêtés) and technical texts governing rail safety and interoperability in France, together with a document search tool and guidance on how national and EU texts relate to one another. Used by French railway undertakings and infrastructure managers to identify applicable national safety requirements.

The EPSF's L'espace reglementation portal is the official regulatory portal maintained by the Etablissement Public de Securite Ferroviaire, France's national rail safety authority, presenting the decrees, ministerial orders (arretes) and technical texts that govern rail safety and interoperability within France. It includes a document search tool covering the national regulatory texts EPSF is responsible for, together with explanatory guidance on how these different types of national legal instrument relate to one another and to EU-level requirements.
