Infrastruktura železnice Srbije, founded in 2015 from the unbundling of Železnice Srbije and headquartered in Belgrade, is the wholly state-owned Serbian rail infrastructure manager responsible for track, signalling, electrification, and capacity allocation. With around 5,700 employees and RSD 18.25 billion (~USD 171M) in FY2024 revenue, it is the counterparty for the EU- and China-funded modernisation of the Corridor X and Belgrade-Niš upgrades.
