Belgrade Metro Line 1 Phase 1 (Makiš–Karaburma) is a metro project in Serbia, currently under construction.

This 15 km metro line is under construction in Serbia. It comprises 15 stations, 11 km of tunnels and 80 km/h design speed. The line uses 1.5 kV DC overhead electrification, CBTC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. PUC Belgrade Metro and Train and Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure (Serbia) are delivering the project, with Power Construction Corporation of China (PowerChina) and Alstom as main contractors. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2031, with an investment of EUR 3.8 bn (~USD 4.2 bn).

Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2031.

The project has an estimated investment of €3.80B.
