This 396 km conventional rail line is under construction in Mexico. It comprises 10 stations and 200 km/h design speed. The line uses diesel traction, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. SICT and ARTF are delivering the project, with ICA, Cajón and CICSA as main contractors. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of MXN 175.7 bn (~USD 9.1 bn).
Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2027.
