SICT and ARTF are delivering the project, with Impulsora Desarrollo Integral, Mota-Engil México and COMSA as main contractors. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2028, with an investment of MXN 125.0 bn (~USD 6.5 bn).
