This MXN 11.6 bn (~USD 580 m) contract supplies new rolling stock for the Tren Interurbano México–Toluca (CAF 30 EMU) programme in Mexico. The fleet operates on ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. SICT is delivering the project, with CAF, Isolux-Corsán and Thales as main contractors. It opened in 2023, with an investment of MXN 11.6 bn (~USD 580 m).
