This MXN 5.8 bn (~USD 317 m) contract supplies new rolling stock for the AIFA–Pachuca — CRRC 15 Electric Trains programme in Mexico. The fleet operates on ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. ARTF is delivering the project, with CRRC Zhuzhou as main contractor. Target opening is 2027, with an investment of MXN 5.8 bn (~USD 317 m).

Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2027.
