Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRC) is delivering the project, with L&T, Dogus-Soma JV and HCC-MMS JV as main contractors. It opened in 2024, with an investment of INR 376.0 bn (~USD 4.5 bn).
Construction began in 2016 and the project opened in 2025.
