This 39.6 km commuter rail line is under construction in Colombia. It comprises 17 stations and 140 km/h design speed. The line uses 25 kV AC 60 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) is delivering the project, with CCECC – 26y concession and CAF rolling stock as main contractors. Under construction since 2022, the line is scheduled to open in 2026, with an investment of USD 760 m.
Construction began in 2022, with completion expected in 2026.
