Public Transport Authority of Western Australia (PTA) is delivering the project, with Midland Junction Alliance (McConnell Dowell + Georgiou Group + Arcadis + BG&E) as main contractor. It opened in 2026, with an investment of AUD 247 m (~USD 162 m).

Construction began in 2022 and the project opened in 2026.
