Vinhomes–VinSpeed consortium wins EPC contract for five Hanoi metro lines

Hanoi has appointed a consortium comprising Vinhomes and VinSpeed as the engineering, procurement and construction contractor for five metro lines in Vietnam's capital. The Hanoi Metropolitan Railway Management Board has been assigned as project owner.

The combined initial budget for the five urban railway projects is estimated at more than VND 1,315 trillion ($49.4 billion). The consortium, part of Vietnam's VinGroup conglomerate, will deliver all engineering, procurement and construction work across the five lines.
