Project overview
This 419 km rail upgrade is under construction in Vietnam. It comprises 160 km/h design speed. The line uses 1435 mm standard gauge. Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) and Ministry of Construction are delivering the project. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2030, with an investment of USD 8.3 bn.
