Niš–Dimitrovgrad Railway Electrification and Modernisation (Corridor Xc) is a rail upgrade project in Serbia, currently under construction.
This 104 km electrification programme upgrades the existing Serbia corridor to 25 kV AC 50 Hz. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Infrastruktura Železnice Srbije (IŽS) is delivering the project. Under construction since 2024, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of EUR 342 m (~USD 376 m).
Construction began in 2024, with completion expected in 2027.
