ATAC Roma, founded in 1909 and headquartered in Rome, is the municipally owned Azienda per la Mobilità di Roma Capitale operating Rome's metro lines A, B, and C, the city's tram and bus network, and the Roma-Lido, Roma-Viterbo and Termini-Centocelle regional rail lines. Wholly owned by Roma Capitale, it returned to profit in 2024 after emerging from concordato preventivo in late 2023.
