Papakura to Pukekohe Electrification is a rail upgrade project in New Zealand, currently operational.

This 19 km electrification programme upgrades the existing New Zealand corridor to 25 kV AC 50 Hz. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification and 1067 mm Cape gauge. KiwiRail is delivering the project, with McConnell Dowell as main contractor. It opened in 2025, with an investment of NZD 419 m (~USD 252 m).

Construction began in 2022 and the project opened in 2025.
