This 22 km light rail line entered service in Hungary. The line uses 750 V DC overhead electrification and 1435 mm standard gauge. SZKT (Szegedi Közlekedési Társaság) is delivering the project, with Stadler Rail (Citylink vehicles) and voestalpine Railway Systems (track) as main contractors. It opened in 2021.
