NRIC Bulgaria Dragoman–Voluyak ETCS L1 (Sofia–Serbia Rail Link) is a signalling project in Bulgaria, currently under construction.
This signalling upgrade covers 35 km of track in Bulgaria, deploying ERTMS Level 1. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 1 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. NRIC (National Railway Infrastructure Company), Bulgaria is delivering the project, with Hitachi Rail and CERB as main contractors. Under construction since 2024, the line is scheduled to open in 2027.
