Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro) is delivering the project, with Skanska–Traylor JV (S1), Walsh–Shea Corridor Constructors (S2) and Bechtel–Parsons Westside Contractors (S3) as main contractors. Under construction since 2014, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of USD 9.7 bn.
