California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) is delivering the project, with Dragados–Flatiron JV, Tutor Perini–Zachry–Parsons JV and Hensel Phelps–Stacy and Witbeck JV as main contractors. Under construction since 2015, the line is scheduled to open in 2040, with an investment of USD 126.3 bn.
