ŽSR Devínska Nová Ves–Czech Border Rail Modernisation (Malacky–Kúty Phase) is a rail upgrade project in Slovakia, currently under construction.

This 53.6 km rail upgrade is under construction in Slovakia. It comprises 200 km/h design speed. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. ŽSR (Železnice Slovenskej republiky) is delivering the project, with ICM VHS (consortium lead) and Váhostav as main contractors. Under construction since 2022, the line is scheduled to open in 2028, with an investment of EUR 300 m (~USD 330 m).

Construction began in 2022, with completion expected in 2028.
