Divača–Koper Second Track is a rail upgrade project in Slovenia, currently testing commissioning.

This 27.1 km rail upgrade is being commissioned in Slovenia. It comprises 20.5 km of tunnels and 160 km/h design speed. The line uses 3 kV DC overhead electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. 2TDK d.o.o. (Ministry of Infrastructure, Slovenia) is delivering the project, with Kolektor CPG–Yapı Merkezi–Özaltin JV, Kolektor CPG–Euroasfalt BIH JV and SŽ – Železniško gradbeno podjetje–Kolektor IGIN–GH Holding–YM Construction JV (systems/Lot 3) as main contractors. Investment is EUR 1.2 bn (~USD 1.3 bn).

Construction began in 2019, with completion expected in 2026.

The project has an estimated investment of €1.19B.
