Project overview
This 4 km metro line is under construction in Singapore. It comprises 2 stations. The line uses 750 V DC third rail electrification and 1435 mm standard gauge. Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore + MRT Corp Malaysia is delivering the project, with RTS Operations Pte Ltd (SMRT + Prasarana JV) and CRRC Zhuzhou (rolling stock) as main contractors. The line is scheduled to open in 2026.
