This 33.4 km tram line has been approved in Romania. The line uses dual-system electrification and 1435 mm standard gauge. Bihor County Council and Oradea City Hall are delivering the project. Target opening is 2029, with an investment of EUR 277 m (~USD 305 m).
Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2029.
The project has an estimated investment of €277M.
