CFR SA Dărmănești–Vicșani–Ukraine Border Electrification is a rail upgrade project in Romania, currently under construction.

This 30 km electrification programme upgrades the existing Romania corridor to 25 kV AC 50 Hz. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification and 1435 mm standard gauge. CFR SA is delivering the project, with Alstom and A&S Turism Construct as main contractors. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of EUR 24 m (~USD 26 m).

Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2027.

The project has an estimated investment of €24M.
