PKP Intercity Fleet Renewal Programme 2023–2030 is a conventional rail project in Poland, currently under construction.

This PLN 16.6 bn (~USD 3.9 bn) contract supplies new rolling stock for the PKP Intercity Programme 2023–2030 programme in Poland. The fleet operates on ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. PKP Intercity is delivering the project, with Alstom Polska, Newag and H. Cegielski – FPS as main contractors. Under construction since 2023, the line is scheduled to open in 2032, with an investment of PLN 16.6 bn (~USD 3.9 bn).
