This 167 km rail upgrade is under construction in Montenegro. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification and 1435 mm standard gauge. Željezničke infrastrukture Crne Gore (ŽICG) is delivering the project. Construction has been under way since 2024, with an investment of EUR 80 m (~USD 86 m).
