This 430 km high-speed line is under construction in Morocco. It comprises 350 km/h design speed. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. ONCF is delivering the project, with CREC 4 (China Railway No.4 Engineering Group), Colas Rail and GCF (Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie) as main contractors. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2029, with an investment of MAD 53.0 bn (~USD 5.3 bn).
Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2029.
