Hokuriku Shinkansen Tsuruga–Shin-Osaka Extension is a high speed rail project in Japan, currently feasibility study.

This 143 km high-speed line is in feasibility stage in Japan. It comprises 260 km/h design speed. The line uses 2×25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, national ATC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (JRTT) are delivering the project. Indicative opening is 2046, with an investment of USD 36.0 bn.

Completion is expected in 2046.
