Naples Metro L6 Extension (Mergellina–Municipio) is a metro project in Italy, currently operational.

Reopening in July 2024, this 6 km metro line connects the Fuorigrotta district to the city's central port area. The project involved an initial investment of €800 million and features eight stations, including several newly built transit interchanges. Hitachi Rail will introduce 22 new automated trains starting in 2025 to increase frequency to one run every 4.5 minutes.

Construction began in 2007 and the project opened in 2024.
