Catania Metro Extension (Nesima–Monte Po) is a metro project in Italy, currently operational.

Extending the Catania metro network to the west, this project adds two new stations at Fontana and Monte Po. Ferrovia Circumetnea inaugurated the link in July 2024, providing direct tunnel access to the Garibaldi Hospital for regional commuters. The extension is part of a wider effort to replace old surface rail with modern underground transit.

Construction began in 2015 and the project opened in 2024.
