This 162 km freight rail line is under construction in Iran. The line uses dual-gauge track. Russian Railways (RZD); Iran Ministry of Roads and Urban Development; Republic of Azerbaijan Government are delivering the project. Investment is EUR 1.6 bn (~USD 1.7 bn).
