This 39 km light rail line is under construction in Israel. It comprises 62 stations and 4.5 km of tunnels. The line uses 750 V DC overhead electrification, CBTC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. NTA Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd is delivering the project, with TMT Consortium (Alstom, Electra Ltd., Dan Transportation) as main contractor. Under construction since 2022, the line is scheduled to open in 2028, with an investment of EUR 2.6 bn (~USD 2.8 bn).
