This 19.6 km light rail line is under construction in Israel. It comprises 53 stations. The line uses 750 V DC overhead electrification and 1435 mm standard gauge. Jerusalem Transportation Master Plan (JTMP) and Ministry of Transport are delivering the project, with TransJerusalem J-Net Ltd (CAF Group, Shapir Engineering) as main contractor. Under construction since 2020, the line is scheduled to open in 2026, with an investment of EUR 1.8 bn (~USD 2.0 bn).
