Israel Railways National Electrification Programme is a rail upgrade project in Israel, currently under construction.

This 420 km electrification programme upgrades the existing Israel corridor to 25 kV AC 50 Hz. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Israel Railways (ISR) and Ministry of Transport are delivering the project, with SEMI (Sociedad Española de Montajes Industriales) as main contractor. Under construction since 2016, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of ILS 12.0 bn (~USD 3.3 bn).

Construction began in 2016, with completion expected in 2027.
