This signalling upgrade in Israel, deploying ERTMS Level 2. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Israel Railways (ISR) is delivering the project, with Alstom as main contractor. Under construction since 2019, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of EUR 45 m (~USD 52 m).
