Zagreb–Rijeka Lowland Railway (New Alignment) is a rail upgrade project in Croatia, currently approved.

This 175 km rail upgrade has been approved in Croatia. It comprises 160 km/h design speed. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. HŽ Infrastruktura is delivering the project. Investment is EUR 2.5 bn (~USD 2.8 bn).

The project has an estimated investment of €2.50B.
