Hrvatski Leskovac–Karlovac Railway Upgrade (Zagreb–Rijeka TEN-T) is a rail upgrade project in Croatia, currently procurement.

This 44 km rail upgrade is in procurement in Croatia. It comprises 160 km/h design speed. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 1 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. HŽ Infrastruktura is delivering the project, with COMSA Corporación and AŽD Praha as main contractors. Target opening is 2029, with an investment of EUR 279 m (~USD 307 m).

Construction began in 2026, with completion expected in 2029.
