Marabda-Kartsakhi Railway LLC and Georgian Railway and Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) and TCDD are delivering the project, with Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) as main contractor. Under construction since 2022, the line is scheduled to open in 2026, with an investment of USD 100 m.
