This 2.5 km tram line entered service in Estonia. It comprises 4 stations. The line uses 750 V DC overhead electrification and 1435 mm standard gauge. City of Tallinn is delivering the project, with Merko Ehitus Eesti AS and KMG Inseneriehituse AS as main contractors. It opened in 2024, with an investment of EUR 46 m (~USD 50 m).

Construction began in 2023 and the project opened in 2024.
