Rail Baltica Tallinn Ülemiste International Passenger Terminal is a conventional rail project in Estonia, currently under construction.

This new station forms part of the Rail Baltica Tallinn Ülemiste International Passenger Terminal programme in Estonia. The line uses 2×25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Rail Baltic Estonia OÜ is delivering the project, with AS Merko Ehitus Eesti as main contractor. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2028, with an investment of EUR 85 m (~USD 92 m).

Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2028.

The project has an estimated investment of €85M.
